Shipping & Returns
Delivery is to any mainland UK address. We do not ship to countries outside the UK. If you live in the Highlands, Channel Islands, Ireland, Isle of Man, or any other Uk non-mainland area, please contact us for delivery charges. We aim to despatch your order to you within 5 working days from the date of order. However, certain special order items may take up to 10 working days from the date of order.
Deliveries are carried out by our transport, independent carriers, or by the manufacturers themselves. Some orders may be delivered in more than one drop. Some orders may be delivered on two or three-day runs, in these instances, we are unable to specify which day delivery will be made.
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to deliver promptly and within the expected time frame, there may be situations beyond our control which we cannot be held responsible for. We will make every effort to keep you informed as soon as we are made aware of any situation that will affect your delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: we can not ship granite or any ceramic/glass sinks to Postcodes above FK and KY to The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, or any other areas outside the UK Mainland.
Delivery is free on all orders over £100. 00. For orders under this amount, the standard delivery charge is £10.00. to the UK Mainland. For other areas the delivery charge can be seen by adding your product to the basket, this will direct you to your cart page, underestimate shipping, please complete the country and/or postcode fields and select get a quote. This amount will then be added automatically to your total order value

Please inspect the delivered items as soon as possible after delivery. Any damage or fault/problem with the order must be reported to us, by phone or email within 72 hours of delivery, any claim for damages, faults or problems after this time will not be considered. This does not relate to any fault\problem found later that could not be seen easily on a reasonable initial inspection. This does not affect your guarantee or statutory rights
